The Nebraska State Fair will celebrate its 7th year in Grand Island. Executive Director Joseph McDermott says many of the events are a state tradition and that includes competitions.
McDermott says they have a big concert line up planned for this year.
Others in the lineup include John Anderson and Toto. McDermott says the fair will feature traditional events that include 4-H competitions and displays, the marathon, the midway and food. The Nebraska State Fair is August 26th through September 5th.
