Nebraska Showing Slow, Steady Population Growth

Nebraska continues to grow, inching ever closer to that 2-Million mark in total population.
The latest numbers show Nebraska grew by more than 11-Thousand people with a total population now of 1-point-93 Million.
Governor Pete Ricketts rejects suggestions Nebraska misses out on some business recruitment opportunities, because it falls short of the two million mark. . .

Most of the population growth has been concentrated in Omaha and Lincoln, something Ricketts says the state needs to address. . .

Ricketts says the best news is projections that Nebraska’s continued growth nearly insures the state will maintain its three seats in the United States House of Representatives.
