The 2022 Nebraska legislative session starts on Wednesday of this week and Senators will have a number of major issues on their hands.
One is dealing with prison overcrowding. A report last week shows Nebraska with the second highest percentage of inmates at over one hundred fifty percent of capacity, trailing only Alabama.
