This week at a campaign stop in South Dakota for Republican Senate Candidate Mike Rounds, Nebraska Senator Mike Johanns said there are several problems with EPA and the Corps of Engineers Waters of the U.S. proposed rule that could lead to more and even worse regulations.
Johanns is hoping the EPA administrator will consult with Congress and find some kind of middle ground and a more workable plan.
Public comment is being taken on the Waters of the U.S. rule until November 14.
