The Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission has fined state Senator Bill Kintner of Papillion one thousand dollars for using his state-owned computer to engage in cyber sex.
Commission Executive Director Frank Daley says the Nebraska State Patrol investigated the incident. . .
Daley points out the fine was levelled, because Kintner used a state-owned laptop, not due to the activity involved.
Kintner confesses he used his state-owned computer to engage in cyber sex during a business trip to Boston in July of last year. . .
Both Governor Pete Ricketts and Speaker Galen Hadley have asked Kintner to resign. He has refused.
