Nebraska Senator Deb Fischer is pleased the House has approved a long-term transportation bill.
Fischer, a member of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, hopes the House and Senate can work out differences to soon send a highway bill to President Obama. . .

The House approved the 325(B)Billion dollar bill on a 363-to-64 vote.

Fischer says she’s pleased by the vote margin. . .

Differences between the two chambers must be worked out before a bill is sent to President Obama.
