The South Dakota Board of Regents will allow Nebraska residents to pay in state tuition to attend the University of South Dakota in Vermillion.
USD President Jim Abbott says they have had good experience with a similar program for Iowa residents……
Abbott says they aren’t setting any enrollment goals at this point….
A year of tuition and fees for a typical undergrad at USD runs about sixteen thousand dollars.
