Rescue crews from Nebraska have had a hand in rescuing more than 12-Hundred people stranded in the floodwaters swamping Houston in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.
Lincoln Fire Battalion Chief Brad Thavenet leads Nebraska Task Force One…and says, at times, it’s difficult for crews to find stranded residents
Thavenet says members understand the real importance of their work.
So far, Nebraska Task Force One has had a hand in rescuing 12-Hundred residents and 90 companion animals since arriving in Houston.
