Nebraska quarterback Tanner Lee says he will skip his final year of eligibility and enter the NFL draft.

Lee tweeted that the opportunity is best for him and his family. Lee thanked teammates and fans along with former coach Mike Riley, who was fired after the season and replaced by Scott Frost.

Lee says the Huskers are in great hands with Frost.
