Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson will press Nebraska’s case against the EPA’s attempt to expand the Clean Water Act as the courts have placed enactment of the Waters of the United States rule on hold.
Peterson says he’s not only pleased with the court ruling that halted the rule, but with the decision that all cases remain where they started rather than grant the EPA’s request to consolidate them in DC. . .

Peterson says the states have worked with the federal government for the past 40 years to implement the Clean Water Act. . .

Peterson says the current approach has worked and shouldn’t be changed.
