Public Service Commissioners heard the pros and cons of the Keystone XL oil pipeline as they held their third public meeting on TransCanada’s application to cross Nebraska.
Becky Van Housen, who farms in York and Polk Counties, was among the hundreds gathered at the Divots Conference Center in Norfolk.

The PSC held public meetings in York and O’Neill earlier. It will hold formal, public hearings on the proposal in early August in Lincoln.
TransCanada has applied to cross Nebraska to complete the complete the 8(B)Billion dollar project which got the green light from President Trump this year.
