Nebraska State Corrections Director Scott Frakes says the investigation into what triggered the riots at the Tecumseh state prison continues.
Frakes says the state will pursue charges in connection with the two inmate deaths as Tecumseh.

Both inmates were incarcerated on child sex offense charges. It appears they were killed by fellow inmates.

Frakes acknowledges tensions rose during and in wake of the disturbance at Tecumseh. Yet, Frakes points out prison staff have proven dedicated even as the legislature has the department under intense review.

Frakes says Corrections staff want change…and want to be a part of that change.
