Nebraska President Leaving

University of Nebraska President J-B Milliken says he’s proud of the steps the four-campus university system has made in the ten years he has been here.
Milliken leaves soon to become the new chancellor of the City University of New York.
One of the proudest achievements is creation of the Water for Food Institute. . .

Milliken says he hopes that the university system has become one that cares about what Nebraskans think.

A search for his replacement at UNL is underway. . .

The City University of New York is the country’s largest public university system.
