Nebraska Nonpartisan Voters May Not be “Swing” Voters

The associate director of a national polling firm says many of the 234-thousand Nebraskans who are registered “nonpartisan” voters aren’t necessarily “swing voters.”

More than 48-percent of registered voters in Nebraska are Republicans. Nearly 31-percent are Democrats. Twenty-percent are registered as “non-partisan” voters.
