An antibiotic resistant bug has struck a woman in Pennsylvania. University of Nebraska Medical Center Chief of Infectious Disease Dr. Mark Rupp says she could have been infected by this bug several ways.

Rupp says all antibiotic use needs careful consideration to prevent the body from becoming resistant to it.

Rupp says infection control is also necessary as a viable preventative method.
