Time is running out for Nebraska Medicaid participants to pick a health plan under the new delivery system.
Heritage Health coordinates physical and behavioral health and pharmacy programs for those Nebraskans.
Rocky Thompson with the state Department of Health and Human Services says December 1st is the enrollment deadline.

Thompson says enrollees have received plenty of information about the options.

There are three plan choices offered through Heritage Health.
