Nebraska Legislative Session Starts Next Week

Nebraska state Senators are scheduled to return to Lincoln next week for the start of the 2021 session.

District 41 Senator Tom Briese of Albion says while a number of familiar issues will return, the pandemic will be front and center..

Briese says he is planning on a bill to limit liability..

Briese says the virus has caused enough strain on people and businesses….

The session starts next Wednesday and is scheduled to run into June.

This year’s session was halted in March when the pandemic broke out and finished up in July.
