Applicants are being sought for the Nebraska LEAD class 42. LEAD stands for Leadership Education Action and Development, and it is supervised by the University of Nebraska. Terry Hejny serves as the director of the program.
Hejny says the program started more than 40 years ago with the question of where the state’s next leaders are going to come from?
Hejny says the program is funded through sponsorships and grants.
The application deadline is June 15th.
