Nebraska has launched a new public awareness campaign against human trafficking.
Attorney General Doug Peterson says the campaign will aim at those who buy minors for sex
Posters warning buyers they will be prosecuted will be displayed throughout the state, especially at rest stops along Interstate 80 which appears to be where the most active sex market operates in Nebraska.
Peterson says while the state will go after those who traffic minors, he warns those who buy will pay a significant price
Peterson says Nebraskans have a much greater awareness of the problem of human trafficking now than they did four years ago.
