A new survey shows agricultural land values in Nebraska have declined an average of four-percent over the past year.
Depending on the type of property and location, some values dropped as much as ten-percent.
Roger Wilson is a farm management budget analyst with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
He says the state is so diverse, not everyone is facing a decline.

Wilson says another factor impacting land-lease arrangements is higher property taxes.

Wilson says not all producers will see a drop in land value, and consumers should not see higher prices at the grocery store.
