22 Nebraska high school students achieved a perfect score of 36 on their ACT tests last year.
Those graduating seniors were recognized at the governor’s office.
Department of Education commissioner Matt Blomstedt says they are poised to solve the world’s problems.
Blomstedt says they had a lot of support, especially from family.
The students’ future schools include the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and Omaha, along with Harvard, Yale, Cal Tech, Georgetown, and Marquette.
