Republican Pete Ricketts…the former TD Ameritrade executive…leads, but not by much. . .

That opponent, Democrat Chuck Hassebrook…the former Executive Director of the Center for Rural Affairs…expects the race to tighten. . .

Rasmussen Reports has Ricketts up 47-percent to 40-percent.
