Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts wrapped up a trade mission in the European Union on Monday. He spoke with reporters via telephone from Denmark and says the biggest take home message is for the U.S. to expand trade in Europe, we must first change their negative perceptions about American agriculture.

Ricketts says as they closed out this trade trip, they had a chance to meet with Novazymes officials.

This was the first trade mission for Ricketts since being elected Governor.
