Nebraska Farmers Union To Hold Virtual State Convention On Friday

Nebraska Farmers Union members will be holding their state convention virtually on Friday. President John Hansen says they’re combining what is usually a two day annual meeting into a single day to conduct all their business and hear from various speakers.

He says their afternoon program will consist of a legislative update from Nebraska State Senators.

Hansen says this is the first time they’ve had to hold their convention virtually so it’ll be a bit of challenge for their members to interact with their state lawmakers on their issues of concern.

Registration is still required and that can be done by going to the Nebraska Farmers Union website at nebraskafarmersunion.org.
