Wayne County Nebraska Farm Bureau Vice President John Temme joined a group of Farm Bureau members from four other Nebraska counties and met recently with farmers from Germany. He says at their Trans Atlantic Dialogue meeting they found out how much they had in common with the German farmers.

He says the German producers told them they experience higher regulatory pressures than farmers do in the U.S.

Temme says both the American and German farmers share an interest in trade.

The Trans Atlantic Dialogue meetings are put together by Farm Bureau groups from Nebraska, South Dakota and Iowa.
