Nebraska Farm Bureau leaders have identified 10 EPA regulations they want modified or repealed. Farm Bureau President Steve Nelson says topping the list are Waters of the U.S. and the Spill Control Prevention and Counter Measure rules.

He says another major important regulation that needs repealing or modification centers around Wetlands Delineation.

Nelson says the other seven rules need to be adjusted for more reasonable regulations.

Nelson says his group appreciates the administration’s willingness to examine these regulations.
