Nebraska Executive Board Debates Cyber Sex Case, Takes No Action

A lot of talk, but no action taken as the Nebraska legislature Executive Board begins to review its options in Senator Bill Kintner’s cybersex case.
Senator Ernie Chambers of Omaha claims Kintner had hoped to keep his action secret. . .

Chambers says Kintner should be removed from office.
Legislative Speaker Galen Hadley told the Board this legislature should deal with Kintner, not next year’s.
Hadley says the current legislature needs closure on the issue. . .

A wide range of action is possible, but Senator Ernie Chambers of Omaha doesn’t believe the board should consider very many. . .
