Nebraska DOT Asks For Help in Friday Safety Messages Program

The Nebraska Department of Transportation is once again asking for your help in thinking up clever messages to display on highways as part of their Friday Safety Messages program.

Spokeswoman Jeni Campana with the department says, since the program launched, it’s been an effective way to get the public thinking about highway safety

Campana says when submitting ideas, the more creative, the better

You can find a full list of rules and submit suggestions on the department’s website.

Selected messages will be displayed on electronic message boards along I-80 and I-29 every Friday for 24 hours.
