The Nebraska Corn Growers Association is announcing the formation of a new scholarship program for future ag leaders in Nebraska. Corn Growers Director of grower services Morgan Wrich says the scholarships are open to High School Seniors in Nebraska and the application process is simple.

She says interested applicants need to submit a resume and what they see as important issues facing agriculture.

Wrich says their committees goal is to try and keep students in Nebraska working in agriculture.

Wrich says the scholarship recipients will be notified in February of next year with the actual scholarships going out in May.
