Nebraska Congressman Adrian Smith Supports Tax Cut Plan

Nebraska Congressman Adrian Smith spoke on the House floor in support of the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act. The bill would make more than 20 tax relief provisions permanent and extend other provisions which expired at the end of calendar year 2014.
Smith says it’s a start on tax reform……

The bill would cut over six hundred billion dollars in taxes for businesses, investors and families.
Smith says it’s important that there is bi-partisan support for the bill…………

Smith says this should set the stage for more tax reform in next year’s session of Congress………
The bill passed on a 318 to 109 vote. The President is expected to sign it.
