It was celebration day Sunday for the Nebraska volleyball team which returned to Lincoln after earning its fifth NCAA national championship Saturday in Kansas City.

The Huskers, the fifth seed, beat second seeded Florida in the title match 3-1. Nebraska had ousted the top seed Penn State in the semifinals Thursday.

Mikaela Foecke and Kelly Hunter were named co-Most Outstanding Players of the NCAA tournament.
