Memorial Day is thought to be the start of summer as well as the start to the outdoor grilling season.  The Nebraska Beef Council wants you to consider beef for your outdoor grill.  Adam Wegner is the Marketing Director for the Nebraska Beef Council and tells of the various types of beef cuts you may want to consider.

Wegner says if you are looking for something simple, and on a budget, he recommends burgers and ground beef for your meal.

Wegner says beef has several healthful and nutritious vitamins and minerals. He says many grocer stores and supermarkets are offering specials on beef for Memorial Day.
