Nebraska Attorney General Doug Peterson says he will press his case in federal court against the Obama Administration transgender ruling, despite a ruling in Texas that support his challenge.
A federal judge in Texas has prevented the ruling that schools must let transgender students use the bathroom they choose, for now.

Peterson says his challenge to the rule is pending in a Nebraska court.

Peterson says a federal judge in Virginia has reached a different conclusion and the Supreme Court has held off deciding the issue.
