The latest study from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln shows land values have dropped again.

Jansen says the drop continues a multi year trend…

Jansen says the drop in value is not as bad as was seen in the 1980s…

The survey found that crop prices, property taxes and input costs as the major factors leading to the lower values.
