Members of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association have been holding their convention in Nashville this week and just wrapped up on Thursday. One of the positives coming out of the meeting is with Trade and benefits coming out of current agreements. That’s according to Don Schiefelbein, President Elect of NCBA from Minnesota.

He says one of their major concerns however center around the tax policies of the Biden administration and they’re continuing to weigh in with the administration on those.

Schiefelbein says while this year’s drought has been tough on him and many of his fellow producers, there is optimism going forward.

The Convention started Tuesday and finished up on Thursday.
