The Council had their chartering ceremony this week with the national office of the Navy League.
They installed officers and Bodenstedt says they are off and running…..
Bodenstedt says they will also reach out to schools, youth organizations and service clubs…..
Bodenstedt says the USS South Dakota will proudly carry the name of South Dakota throughout the oceans and to ports around the world
