The National Corn Grower’s Association has decided to end its Soil Health Partnership Program due to funding constraints. NCGA Vice President of Production and Sustainability Nathan Fields says they had about 40 farmers involved with it and were very successful with information they collected.
He says components of the Soil Health Partnership will continue but will shift to various states.
Fields says many positives came out of their Soil Health program including valuable networks that were put together.
Fields says their Soil Health Partnership program was able to engage with 200 farms in 16 states.
