Napa to Platte Rail to Trail Group Still Active

The group backing development of a walking – biking trail on the unused Napa to Platte rail line took a pause but still wants to move ahead.
Larry Lucas of Pickstown spoke to the state Railroad Board Wednesday……..

Lucas says they are going back to community members to find out the interest….

Lucas says they want to work with adjacent landowners along the potential trail…..

“Friends of the Napa to Platte Rail Trail” had hoped to eventually use all seventy-five miles of the rail bed for a trail.
