Five women’s teams and four men’s teams will represent the Great Plains Athletic Conference in next week’s NAIA Division Two national basketball tournaments.

Defending champion Concordia of Nebraska heads up the women’s event starting March 11 at the Tyson Events Center in Sioux City. Other GPAC teams in the field are Hastings, Dordt, Dakota Wesleyan and Morningside.

Concordia is also in the men’s field after winning the GPAC post season tourney title. Other GPAC squads include Dakota Wesleyan, Morningside and Northwestern.

The men’s event will be held at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls March 11-17.
