Push for stronger racial profiling laws and go to the polls in November — the message from N-Double-A-C-P President Cornell Brooks at a Baptist church service in Saint Paul after he met with Governor Mark Dayton and community leaders Sunday afternoon

Brooks’ visit comes less than a week after Philando Castile, a employee of the Saint Paul public schools, was fatally shot by an officer during a traffic stop in Falcon Heights.
