MVFC Salutes League Best

The Missouri Valley Football Conference has announced its top honors, including Offensive MVP, Defensive MVP, Newcomer of the Year, Freshman of the Year and Coach of the Year.

League champs Illinois State and North Dakota State earned four of those five awards.

The full all-conference team (1st/2nd teams) will be announced Monday, Dec. 1.

Offensive Player of the Year:
RB Marshaun Coprich, Illinois State
Defensive Player of the Year:
DE Kyle Emanuel, North Dakota State
Newcomer of the Year: QB Tre Roberson, Illinois State
Freshman of the Year: WR Jake Wieneke, South Dakota State
Coach of the Year: Brock Spack, Illinois State
