South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley says multiple search warrants have been issued in a joint narcotics investigation in the Yankton area.

In a release, Jackley says agencies involved in the operation include Yankton Police, Yankton County Sheriff’s Office, The Highway Patrol, the federal Drug Enforcement Agency, FBI, IRS and the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation.

Jackley says the investigation is ongoing and arrests are pending.
