The National Association of Financial Aid Administrators has chosen a local man to serve on their 2016 Conference Program Task Force. The Director of Financial Assistance at Mount Marty College, Ken Kocer, has been picked to represent the region while developing the programming used at the NASFAA National Conference. Kocer says NASFAA is devoted to promoting access to higher education for all students.

Kocer says the association’s largest challenge is obviously funding.

He says NASFAA corresponds with Congress to establish policies that promote financial assistance and stability for students who want a higher degree of education.
