Avera Health is donating one million dollars to Mount Marty College in Yankton to help upgrade the Avera Science and Nursing Center on the campus.
Mount Marty President Marc Long says nursing is their largest program, and this donation will help them expand their teaching abilities….

This donation follows a gift of seven hundred fifty thousand dollars in 2009 that funded the Avera Science Laboratories on campus.
