Morningside, Southern Oregon, Marian (Ind.) and Saint Xavier (Ill.) kept their national title hopes alive with wins in the quarterfinals of the 2014 NAIA Football Championship Series.

Additionally, the FCS semifinal pairings are set with Saint Xavier hosting Southern Oregon and Marian traveling to Morningside for a rematch of the 2012 banner game.

FCS semifinal games will played Saturday, Dec. 6.

Since the NAIA returned to one division in 1997, host schools own a 194-57 (.773) record in the FCS, including a 53-18 (.746) mark in the quarterfinals. Last season, quarterfinal hosts were 3-1 with Morningside picking up the only road victory, 36-28, at Baker (Kan.).

For the first time in the 59-year history of the event, the NAIA Football Championship will travel to Municipal Stadium in Daytona Beach, Fla., on Friday Dec. 19. The City of Daytona Beach is serving as the host for the contest, which will air for the first time ever live on ESPNU. Kickoff is scheduled for 3 p.m. EST.
