Flooding in the past month should not have a big impact on efforts to create a sediment control plan for Lewis & Clark Lake.
Paul Boyd, a hydraulic engineer with the Corps of Engineers, spoke to the annual meeting of the Missouri Sedimentation Action Coalition in Niobrara this week.
