A recent study followed more than four million drivers and shows while there are more laws and efforts to stop distracted driving more people are doing that than ever before.  Nebraska Department of Highway Safety Administrator Fred Zwonechek  says that is the case here as well.

Zwonechek says a cell phone is an accident waiting to happen.

He says the biggest problem is with unexperienced drivers under the age of 20 using technology behind the wheel.
