The Yankton City Commission will again talk about a medical marijuana ordinance both before and during their meeting on Monday.
City Manager Amy Leon says they will have a work session to talk about their final proposal.

Leon says the proposed ordinance would set a limit of two medical marijuana dispensaries and set fees for application and operations….

Leon says all of their work could be dependent on action from the state level…

The work session is set for 6PM Monday. Then at the regular meeting that follows at 7PM, the ordinance is set for introduction and first reading. Second reading and a vote could happen at the June 14th meeting.
