More Education on Livestock Development Planned for Yankton County

The Yankton County Commission plans to continue work on Ag development this year. A dairy overlay committee that was set up last year, has been combined with the Planning & Zoning Commission.

County Commission Chairman Don Kettering says they need to continue the education process…..

Kettering says Ag will continue to be the center of all development in the county and the state…..

Kettering says he wants all sides to be involved in the process…..

The Planning & Zoning Commission will meet again February 27th . The commission is working through possible zoning changes that could lead to more livestock development.
