Over half of the voters in Cedar County (Nebraska) will now be able to mail in their ballots for the May 13th primary.
County Clerk and Election Commissioner Dave Dowling says he added another mail precinct since the last election…
Physical precincts will remain in Hartington, Wynot, Coleridge, Randolph and Laurel.
Dowling says they have not seen any incidents of fraud since they moved to the mail in ballots…
Dowling says the mail in ballots does create more work for them in the county courthouse…
Dowling says ballots have to be in their office by five pm on primary election day, May 13th.
